Tom Wells Custom Music Tom Wells is The MusicMan. His very first jingle for an Atlanta jewelry store received so many phone requests that it was released nationally as a single on Kapp Records. Tom went on to produce records for Columbia and Atlantic Records. He founded Doppler Studios, a multi-studio recording complex. Opening an office in Los Angeles, Tom composed theme songs and scores for television shows and films. His credits include: WKRP in Cincinnati, Harper Valley USA, Buffalo Bill, HBO Comedy Playhouse, We've Got It Made, and others. His jingle clients include Goodyear, McDonalds, Dodge, Nissan, Vivitar, and Delta Air Lines. He has recorded vocal artists including Kenny Rogers, Roy Clark, Kim Carnes, Johnny Russell, Elvin Bishop and Al Jarreau.
